Administers, directs and coordinates operations of the Intensive Outpatient Program, including procedures for intake, assessment, treatment programs, treatment planning, discharge planning, and maintenance of a therapeutic environment. Plans and manages a comprehensive community relations program. Director must provide leadership to ensure the delivery of safe quality care in a fiscally sound manner. Must have a strong affinity for, knowledge of, skills, and ability to work with the elderly.
Qualifications: Current state Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor, Master’s degree in Social Work, or in Counseling or Psychology from an accredited university, Five years post-graduate clinical and/or administrative experience, current BLS certificate. Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages preferred. Must possess excellent computer skills, including Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
