8am - 5pm Day IS Manager JOB SUMMARY: Under the general guidance of the Director of Pharmacy, provide pharmacy leadership for technology and information systems. In collaboration with the health care team, provide the oversight for the assessment, development, implementation and maintenance of the computerized pharmacy systems. Ensure optimization of current technology, and facilitate systems issue resolution. Provide oversight for the databases that support the pharmacy information systems. Develop, implement, and coordinate pharmacy programs and enhance the quality of existing services in specialty area. Serve as an information resource to other pharmacists and health care professionals, as well as address the learning needs of the staff. Is the pharmacy liaison for associations with information services personnel. MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Graduate of an ACPE accredited school of Pharmacy with a minimum of 5 years of health care system experience (of which 3 must be pharmacy supervisory experience), or the equivalent required. PharmD and/or advanced degree (e.g. MS, MBA) preferred. Current NH licensure (or eligible) required. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimum supervision, and possess the ability to set priorities and make critical decision.
