Performs all technical aspects of Radiologic technology and interventional and cardiac cath procedures via the utilization of care according to department procedures and protocol. Processes requisitions and records information. Assists Radiologist or other physician in fluoroscopic examinations. Education: Completion of a JCERT accredited program for Radiologic Technologists. Experience: At least one (1) year experience related to interventional and/or cardiac cath procedures. License and Certification: Registered or registry eligible by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT). Current State of Connecticut Radiologic Technologic licensure required. ARRT (CV) certification preferred.
